Cancellation Policy

Synergy Wellness Center requires prepayment for all non-insurance funded services, classes and workshops at the time of booking.  All services are expected to be prepaid. We also require a credit card at the time of booking to hold appointments and to process copayments for insurance funded services. Please plan accordingly if you wish to leave gratuity as we no longer accept credit card payments for practitioner tips.

In an effort to be understanding to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our staff, we have adopted the following cancellation policies. Please contact Synergy Wellness Center with any extenuating circumstances as we understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen.

Workshops and Events

Workshop payments are not refundable. Synergy Wellness Center will provide an account credit in Mindbody equal to the paid amount as long as you provide 48 hours advance notice of the need to cancel. To redeem an account credit, please contact Guest Services at 978-333-7426 for assistance.

Yoga and Meditation Classes

We ask that you provide 24 hours advance notice of the need to cancel in order to receive a refund or credit for the class you cannot attend. Less than 24 hours notice of cancelation will be considered a late cancel and requires payment for the class.

Monthly Memberships

If you have a monthly membership, you may cancel this membership if there are extenuating circumstances with 30 days written notice by mail or by emailing synergy@synergy-wellness-center.com, otherwise the memberships are binding agreements for the 6-12 month periods depending on the membership. 

All Scheduled Appointments

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of Synergy’s price for the appointment. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not give any notice, (no call, no show), you will be charged 100% of Synergy’s appointment price. If for any reason your insurance company denies payment for services, you are responsible for payment for 100% of the balance of all services rendered at Synergy’s appointment price. At our discretion, this charge may be automatically deducted from an existing payment method. Thank you for your understanding.
